With over twelve years experience, Sissy Buckholt is the consummate Operations Manager in the janitorial industry. Sissy came to Patton Building Services in April of 2000 when the company acquired BMI Services. She was an employee of BMI Services since 1986. Beginning as a cleaner with BMI, her dedication, and hard work paid off as she worked her way up through the ranks to the position of Operations Manager,. Sissy has multiple responsibilities including the daily oversight of five supervisors and more than 120 employees. An inspiring leader, Ms Buckholt has earned the respect of our employees through an extensive knowledge of her craft, leadership through example, and a total willingness to do what it takes to ensure that our employees succeed.
